  • From I-84, take Exit 68

  • Head south on Route 195

  • Continue south for approx. 7.5 miles

  • Betsy Paterson Square will be on your left.

Road Closures

To accommodate the event, the following streets will be closed from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, Sept. 21:

  • Dog Lane from Storrs Road to Royce Circle (near Husky Pizza)

  • Royce Circle from Dog Lane (near Barnes & Noble) to Wilbur Cross Way

  • Bolton Road Ext.

  • Wilbur Cross Way from Royce Circle to Elsie Marsh Way

As a low-waste event, we encourage carpooling, walking, and biking to the Festival!

Bicycle racks are located at the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center and around Downtown Storrs. The fence around the perimeter of Betsy Paterson Square also serves as a bicycle rack. Always secure your bicycle with a lock.

We ask that you walk your bike when inside the Festival site for the safety of all visitors.


CTtransit offers daily service from Hartford and Manchester via the 913 Manchester-Buckland-Storrs Express. Use the Trip Planner at to find specific bus information.

Please note: CTtransit will operate its normal hourly service but there will be no service to the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center bus stop. The last outbound bus stop will be Storrs Road at E.O. Smith High School. Customers traveling to Hartford should use the Husky GO bus stop on Storrs Road outside Price Chopper.

Please note: While WRTD and UConn Transportation Services will also maintain their normal weekend schedules, they will be limited to stops along Storrs Road (Route 195). WRTD will add a stop at the Mansfield Town Hall on Saturday.


Parking for the Celebrate Mansfield Festival will be available in in the Downtown Storrs parking garage, which will be free for the day. The parking garage will be accessible via Charles Smith Way to Wilbur Cross Way then Elsie Marsh Way to Royce Circle.

Additional parking will be available in the E. O. Smith High School parking lots and in the Mansfield Town Hall parking lot. On-street parking will be available on Storrs Road.


Additional parking will also be available in UConn Lots S & B; any signed restrictions apply in these lots during the event.
