As part of its low-waste efforts, the Mansfield Downtown Partnership encourages biking, riding the bus, carpooling, and walking to the Celebrate Mansfield Festival.
By Foot
Downtown Storrs is within an easy walking distance of UConn and several residential neighborhoods.

By Bicycle
For visitors arriving by bicycle, bike racks are located throughout Downtown Storrs, including outside the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center.
Cyclists are asked to please walk their bikes through the Festival during the event, for the safety of all visitors.
By Bus
Downtown Storrs is served by WRTD, UConn, CTtransit, Peter Pan Bus Lines, and FlixBus.
On Saturday, September 28, 2024 there will be alternate stops due to the road closures for the Celebrate Mansfield Festival. Look for details to be posted closer to the date of the event.
By Car
The Downtown Storrs Parking Garage will be open and accessible during the Celebrate Mansfield Festival.
To access the garage:
From Storrs Road (Route 195), turn onto Charles Smith Way
Turn left onto Wilbur Cross Way
Turn right onto Elsie Marsh Way
Turn onto right onto Royce Circle
The garage entrance will be on your left
Additional, free parking will be available around Downtown Storrs. Please check back for details closer to the event date.
Road Closures
To accommodate the event, the following streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM:
Dog Lane from Storrs Road to the Royce Circle intersection at 9 Dog Lane
Royce Circle from the intersection of Dog Lane at 1 Royce Circle to the Wilbur Cross Way intersection
Wilbur Cross Way from Royce Circle to Elsie Marsh Way
Bolton Road Ext.
West Access Road (behind 33 Wilbur Cross Way)
