What’s a festival without food? In addition to the 20+ restaurants in Downtown Storrs, the 22nd Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival will also feature food booths serving up tasty treats!

Join in the fun!

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites Mansfield-located restaurants, organizations, and food service vendors to host a Food Booth.

Hosting a Food Booth is a great way to connect with new customers, visit with old friends, and show off your best stuff!

This is the only opportunity at the Festival for fund-raising - a fun option for community groups!

Space is limited and will fill up, so early applications are encouraged.

Good to know…

Please keep these points in mind as you plan your food booth:

  • We recommend focusing on:

    • Fan favorites: If it’s popular at your restaurant, it will be popular at the Festival!

    • A Taste of…: Items that represent your best flavors or specific cuisine

    • Handhelds: Items that Festival goers can easily eat while standing or walking

  • Booth spaces are 10’x10.’ Additional space can be reserved for a fee.

  • The participation fee for food booths this year is $60.

  • Sign up early and save! Submit your completed application on/before June 30, 2025 and pay last year’s fee of $40.

We aim to keep the Celebrate Mansfield Festival “low-waste.”

Here’s how you can help:

  • Avoid single-use products (e.g. instead of individual ketchup packets, have a ketchup dispenser at your booth).

  • Encourage Festival goers to visit your restaurant by displaying a sign with a QR code for your website instead of handing out paper menus.

  • Handout napkins with each order instead of having a napkin dispenser.

  • Package items in recyclable materials, such as paper bags and aluminum foil (skip the plastic)
