CRAFT BOOTHS

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites Connecticut crafters, makers, and artists to apply for a Craft Booth.

We are seeking goods that are hand-made, artisan, or locally sourced:

Hand-made: Original works that are created from raw or repurposed materials.
- Examples include: Wood carvings, woven baskets, hand-turned pottery, paper mosaics
Artisan: Original works that are artistically rendered from pre-existing materials
- Examples include: Quilts, jewelry, knit or crocheted items, tie-dyed clothing
Locally sourced: Products or food items* that are made with locally grown materials/ingredients
- Examples include: Jams or preserves, honey, soaps, hand creams
- *Craft vendors that sell food items must be licensed by the State of Connecticut as a cottage food operation.

Please keep these points in mind as you prepare your application:

Priority will be given to crafters, makers, and artists that live in the Town of Mansfield.
A CT tax ID number is required for participation. All craft booths are responsible for collecting and reporting CT sales tax.
Limited booth spaces are available. The Festival Committee may choose to limit the number of vendors that sell similar merchandise.
There is no fee to apply. Accepted vendors will pay a participation fee of $75.
Complete applications must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2025 to be eligible for review by the Festival Committee.
Accepted vendors will be notified by Friday, August 15, 2025.
