ACTIVITY BOOTHS
A unique feature of our Celebrate Mansfield Festival are the Activity Booths hosted by Mansfield businesses, community organizations, clubs and UConn departments, programs and student groups. Each booth features hands-on fun, with activities for all ages to enjoy!
Good to know…
Please keep these point in mind as you plan your activity:
Your activity can be for any age, can be themed to your business/organization, or can be just for fun!
Activities must be offered at no cost to festival attendees. This is not a fundraising opportunity.
Booth spaces are 10’x10.’ Additional space be be reserved for an additional fee.
The 2026 participation fee is $40 for one booth space.

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites businesses, community organizations, and clubs located in Mansfield, Connecticut and UConn departments, programs, and student organizations to host an Activity Booth.

Spaces are limited and will fill up - early applications encouraged!
We aim to keep the Celebrate Mansfield Festival “low-waste.”
Here’s how you can help:
Plan an activity that produces little to no waste.
Use materials that can either be used again for future events or can be recycled or composted after the Festival.
Instead of handing out brochures, have a visual display promoting your business/organization and have an email sign-up sheet or QR code for visitors looking to learn more.
Focus on a memorable activity that provides visitors a positive experience with your organization, rather than a disposable give-away.
