We are very grateful for the enthusiastic response to our call for volunteers! At this time, we are at our capacity for volunteers.

If you or your group is interested in volunteering in 2026, please complete and submit the form and we will be in touch next spring.

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership relies on the help of hundreds of volunteers to make each Celebrate Mansfield Festival a success.

We invite individuals, families, businesses, sports teams, clubs, and student and community organizations to volunteer.

We are happy to provide documentation of services upon request.

Volunteers are needed to through out the day with a variety of tasks.

Most of our volunteer activities involve a lot of walking and carrying items. If you are unable to complete those activities but are still interested in volunteering, please contact the Mansfield Downtown Partnership (email us or call 860.429.2740). We would be happy to discuss other ways in which you might be able to participate.
